Maintenance of Quality Management Systems
We will either act as your Quality Manager or assist your company’s Quality Manager with the continual upkeep of the Quality Management System. Our tasks as Quality Manager of Medical Device companies are performed at the client’s office.
These tasks can include:
- Performing the required (Internal & Supplier) Audits in the Netherlands or abroad
- Helping to provide Root Cause Analysis of non-conformities
- Close-out non-conformities with the necessary corrective actions
- Acting as the main contact for the external auditors also during the Quality or Product (Notified Body) Surveillance Audits
- Training your employees
- Maintaining auditable records
- Ensuring that Procedures and Work Instructions are up-to-date
- Ensuring that Procedures and Work Instructions are available to the respective employees
